A quick note on what I am building here, why everyday users struggle with crypto, and what you can expect to read in the coming weeks.
If you have landed on this page early, welcome. This website is currently in its final stages of preparation, and the first full articles and case studies will be published soon.
Before the regular publishing schedule begins, I wanted to share a brief introduction to who I am and why this space exists.
I am an economist and former banker from Belgrade with 25 years of experience in traditional finance. Over the past few years, my work and curiosity have shifted toward crypto, decentralized finance (DeFi), and Web3.
During that transition, I noticed an obvious gap in the industry. Most crypto products are built by brilliant engineers who unintentionally design interfaces for other engineers. At the same time, everyday people who want to use these tools are often left confused by complicated wallet setups, intimidating security warnings, and unclear transaction flows. When a regular user makes a mistake or gives up in frustration, the industry often blames the user. I believe it is a design and communication problem instead.
I created this site to bridge that gap from two angles:
- For everyday users and beginners: I want to offer clear, practical guidance on how crypto actually works in practice. That means covering wallet security, self-custody, and DeFi without technical jargon or market hype.
- For Web3 builders and product teams: I want to show how non-technical people truly think, where they get stuck, and why so many everyday users abandon crypto apps before completing their first transaction.
What Is Coming Next
Over the coming weeks, I will begin publishing regular essays, wallet UX breakdowns, and field notes on the following topics:
- Real-world friction points in popular crypto wallets
- Practical security habits for beginners who want peace of mind
- How traditional banking habits clash with Web3 interfaces
- Honest observations on what needs to change for crypto to become usable for everyone
Thank you for stopping by while I put the finishing touches on the first batch of articles. Check back soon for the first full post.
